Section 83-15-005 - Intake and Release Form

An intake and release form shall be completed on every new juvenile. The standardized Nebraska Juvenile Admission and Release Record provided by the Nebraska Commission on Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice or similar form approved by the Board shall be utilized.
