Section 83-14-009 - Delivery

Incoming mail shall be delivered to juveniles within twenty-four (24) hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Outgoing mail shall be delivered to the postal service daily, excluding weekends and holidays. The facility shall attempt to forward mail if juvenile has been released.
