Section 83-11-008 - First-aid Supplies

First-aid supplies shall be available in the facility at all times. The facility physician shall determine strategic locations for first-aid supplies and shall specify their contents. The facility administrator shall establish a procedure for the monthly inspection and maintenance of the supplies.
