Section 83-10-005 - Maintenance and Repair

All plumbing, lighting, ventilation equipment, furnishings, and security hardware in juvenile living areas shall be kept in good working order. Any broken fixture, equipment, furnishings, or hardware shall be promptly repaired or replaced.
