Section 80-4-003 - Request for Hearing

The claimant may accept the decision of the Hearing Officer or request a Hearing before the Crime Victim's Reparations Committee when the claim was denied or substantially reduced without just cause.

003.01 -The notice for request of a Hearing must be given within seven days of receipt of the Hearing Officer's decision letter.

003.02 - The written request for a Hearing must be received within 30 days of notice of request for Hearing.
