Section 79-10-008 - Tribal Officer Certification Status

The certification issued by the Council shall be limited to tribal officers enforcing the laws of the State of Nebraska within the tribal boundaries and shall remain effective only as long as the individual officer remains employed as an officer by the tribal authority.
