Facility administrators and the appropriate governing bodies of existing community residential facilities which are not in compliance with the existing facility requirements shall, upon notice of the Jail Standards Board of those areas of non-compliance, develop a plan acceptable to the Board for meeting the Standards. Such plan shall be implemented within a reasonable time frame approved by the Board.
