To establish procedures governing the distribution and management of Community-based Juvenile Services Aid funds by the Nebraska Commission on Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice.
Applicable to individual counties, multiple counties, federally recognized or state recognized Indian tribes requesting and receiving funds distributed by the Commission with the intent to provide community-based services to juveniles under programs aligned with evidence-based practices.
