Section 231-7-3 - Formal ProcessThe procedure for hearings in matters not resolved by informal process will be in accordance with Title 53, Nebraska Administrative Code, Chapter 4 of the Nebraska Department of Justice.
7.3.1 The formal process will be initiated by the filing of a petition in accordance with the Nebraska Administrative Code. The Board's receipt of a complaint does not constitute the initiation of a forma! process.7.3.2 Any person aggrieved by a final decision in a formal process is entitled to judicial review under the Administrative Procedures Act, or resort to such other means of review as may be provided by law.231 Neb.
