Upon application, accompanied by a full statement of the circumstances of loss or destruction of the original, a duplicate registration certificate may be issued at the discretion of the Chairperson and/or Secretary of the Examining Board. The fee for issuing a duplicate registration certificate is as set forth in the fee schedule and made payable to the Board of Examiners for Land Surveyors.
