Examinations will be conducted as prescribed by the Land Surveyors Regulation Act, at such times and places as the Examining Board may designate. The Examining Board on its own motion and/or the Secretary of the Examining Board will conduct the examination in a manner which provides security, harmony, reduces the risk of plagiarism and is not in conflict with these rules.
