Section 210-72-003 - Applicability and Scope

This regulation applies to all group and individual life insurance policies and certificates except:

003.01 Variable life insurance;

003.02 Individual and group annuity contracts;

003.03 Credit life insurance; or

003.04 Life insurance policies with no illustrated death benefits on any individual exceeding $10,000.
