This rule sets forth the manner of reporting and the kinds of data that are to be included in market availability and statistical reports required or which may be required to be submitted by property and casualty insurance companies and their statistical agents. This rule shall not be interpreted to limit the powers granted the Director by any laws or parts of laws of this state.
