This rule is adopted and promulgated by the Director of Insurance of the State of Nebraska pursuant to the Title Insurers Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. § 44-1978 et seq., specifically § 44-19,101 and pursuant to the Title Insurance Agent Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. § 44-19,106 et seq., specifically § 44-19,119.
