Pursuant to the authority granted in Neb.Rev.Stat. §44-101.01 . the Credit Life and Credit Health and Accident Insurance Act, §§44-1701 through44-171, §44-1601 §44-1603 and §44-1607, the following Departmental Rule is adopted.
