Section 210-14-001 - Statutory authority

This regulation is issued by the Director of Insurance pursuant to Section 44-101:01 R.S. 1943. This rule is intended to set the minimum standards for rules governing advertisements of accident and sickness insurance and shall apply to 44-1522 et seq. R.S. 1943.
