Section 477-12-014 - OTHER RELATED ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS12-014.01Receipt of Other Assistance: An individual who receives Medicaid may not at the same time receive a payment of another type of categorical assistance administered by the Department. This does not preclude a Medicaid client from being the payee for a grant made on behalf of a child in the individual's care.
