Section 469-2-014 - INELIGIBILITY OF FLEEING FELONAn individual is ineligible for Aged Blind or Disabled grant and State Disability Program assistance during any period in which the individual is:
(A) Fleeing to avoid prosecution or custody or confinement after conviction for a crime or attempt to commit a crime that is a felony under the law of the place from which the individual is fleeing; or(B) Violating a condition of federal or state probation or parole.469 Neb.
