Child Support Enforcement services are provided to an Assistance to the Aged, Blind, or Disabled child age 18 or younger who has a noncustodial parent. If an adult does not have good cause, and refuses to cooperate with Child Support for a child in the individual's care, the Assistance to the Aged, Blind, or Disabled adult's grant is closed. The child continues to be eligible.
