The Emergency Assistance to Needy Families with Children Program is authorized by Nebraska Revised Statute (Neb. Rev. Stat.) § 68-128. Emergency Assistance must be provided in accordance with the following regulations. Eligible households may only receive Emergency Assistance once in any 12 month period.
