Section 401-1-001 - SCOPE AND AUTHORITY

These regulations implement the Department of Health and Human Services' administrative powers over the Youth Rehabilitation and Treatment Centers pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 43-404. The provisions in these regulations apply to all youth committed to the Youth Rehabilitation and Treatment Centers.
