Transfer or assignment to another person or entity of an interest in real property of a member, member's spouse or dependent child(ren) for less than the county-assessed value, or of personal property of a member, member's spouse or dependent child(ren) with a fair market value exceeding $5,000 for less than fair market value, within two years before the member's first application for admission to a Home, or thereafter, is cause for denial of the application or discharge of the member.
