An applicant or participant shall be provided with one opportunity to reschedule the hearing date upon specific written request submitted to the Department. The hearing date may also be rescheduled at the order of the hearing official or officer. Any continued hearing shall be held within thirty-one (31) calendar days of the request for hearing, unless good cause is demonstrated for not holding the hearing within such period of time.
