Section 180-7-095 - RECORDS OF SURVEYS FOR AMBIENT RADIATION EXPOSURE RATE AND CONTAMINATION

A licensee must retain a record of each survey required by 180 NAC 7-036 for three years. The record must include:

(A) The survey date;
(B) Survey results;
(C) Specific survey instrument used; and
(D) Name of the individual who performed the survey.
