Section 180-7-091 - RECORDS OF CALIBRATION OF INSTRUMENTS USED TO MEASURE THE ACTIVITY OF UNSEALED RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL

A licensee must maintain a record of instrument calibrations required by 180 NAC 7-029 for three years. The records must include:

(A) The model and serial number of the instrument;
(B) Calibration date;
(C) Calibration results; and
(D) Name of the individual who performed the calibration.
