Section 180-7-057 - BRACHYTHERAPY SOURCES INVENTORY The licensee must:
(A) Maintain accountability at all times for all brachytherapy sources in storage or use.(B) Promptly after removing sources from a patient or a human research subject, return brachytherapy sources to a secure storage area.(C) Maintain a record of the brachytherapy source accountability according to 180 NAC 7-103.180 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 7, § 057
