Section 180-13-003 - REQUIREMENT FOR LICENSE

Except as authorized in a general or specific license issued by the Department, or as exempted in 180 NAC 13-004, no licensee may:

(A) Deliver radioactive material to a carrier for transport; or

(B) Transport radioactive material.
