An individual or business wishing to renew a radon measurement or mitigation license must file a complete application for renewal provided by the Department prior to the expiration date of the license. Individuals must demonstrate compliance with continuing competency requirements of this chapter. All radon measurement or mitigation licenses issued by the Department will expire on March 31 of each odd-numbered year, unless renewed as provided below. No radon measurement or mitigation activity may be conducted after the expiration of the term of the license.
