Section 180-1-006 - TESTS

When directed by the Department each licensee and registrant must perform or must allow the Department to perform, any tests the Department finds appropriate or necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, tests of:

(A) Sources of radiation;

(B) Facilities where sources of radiation are used or stored;

(C) Radiation detection and monitoring instruments; and

(D) Other equipment and devices used in connection with use or storage of licensed or registered sources of radiation.
