The faculty must develop a systematic evaluation plan for the total program and provide for periodic evaluation of all aspects of the program including: philosophy and outcomes, organization and administration, faculty, curriculum, students, facilities, follow-up study of graduates, records, and reports, and demonstrate how the evaluation data are used for program improvement.
