Section 172-89-007 - UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Unprofessional conduct is set out in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 38179, 172 NAC 88 as applicable to the profession of acupuncture, and this chapter.

(A) Failure to obtain a voluntary and informed consent form as referenced in 172 NAC 89004; and

(B) Failure to provide the same standard of care to patients as that provided by a person licensed under the Uniform Credentialing Act to practice medicine and surgery, or osteopathic medicine and surgery.
