These regulations govern the license of the practice as a Surgical First Assistant under the Surgical First Assistant Practice Act as provided in Nebraska Revised Statute (Neb. Rev. Stat.) §§ 38-3501 to 38-3517, the Uniform Credentialing Act (UCA), and Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 38-101 to 38-1,142.
