These regulations govern the licensure of Hearing Instrument Specialists under the Nebraska Revised Statute (Neb. Rev. Stat.) §§ 38-1501 to 38-1518 of the Hearing Instrument Specialists Practice Act and the Uniform Credentialing Act (UCA).
