Section 172-68-001 - SCOPE AND AUTHORITY

This chapter governs the licensing of funeral establishments and branch establishments under Nebraska Revised Statute (Neb. Rev. Stat.) §§ 38-1401 to 38-1428 of the Funeral Directing and Embalming Practice Act and the Uniform Credentialing Act.
