Section 172-5-006 - AMENDING OR WITHDRAWING A PROPOSAL

A proposal may be amended only by the applicant group and only with the approval of a majority of the technical review committee members. A proposal can only be amended prior to the public hearing on the proposal. The applicant group may withdraw the proposal at any time.
