Section 172-37-011 - INSPECTIONSAll schools will receive an initial and routine inspection. School owners must ensure that all licensees comply with 172 NAC 34, and this chapter. The criteria for inspections required by the Department and the Board is specified below:
011.01INITIAL SELF-INSPECTION. Pursuant to 172 NAC 37- 003, the applicant must conduct a self-evaluation inspection prior to the proposed opening date of the school.011.02INITIAL ON-SITE INSPECTION. The Department will immediately conduct an on-site announced inspection upon approval of the application.011.03RENEWAL INSPECTION. The Department may conduct an on-site or paper accreditation inspection within the six months immediately prior to the date of license renewal.011.04INSPECTIONS. The Department may conduct an unannounced inspection of a school at any time it deems necessary.172 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 37, § 011
