Section 172-36-011 - UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Unprofessional conduct includes but is not limited to the acts set out in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 38-179 and the following

(A) Refusal to cooperate or failure to furnish requested information during an application review or investigation by the Department.
