These regulations govern the licensure of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants under Nebraska Revised Statute (Neb. Rev. Stat.) §§ 38-2901 to 38-2929 of the Physical Therapy Practice Act and the Uniform Credentialing Act (UCA).
