Section 172-114-001 - SCOPE AND AUTHORITY

These regulations govern the licensure of occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants under Nebraska Revised Statute (Neb. Rev. Stat.) §§ 38-2501 to 38-2531 of the Occupational Therapy Practice Act and the Uniform Credentialing Act (UCA).
