Section 172-10-009 - WITHDRAWN APPLICATIONS

An applicant for an initial credential, a renewal of a credential, or a reinstatement of a credential may request to withdraw the application. A request to withdraw will be granted when:

(A) The application is incomplete; or

(B) The request for withdrawal is received within five business days after the receipt of a completed application.
