Section 172-1-003 - REQUESTS FOR HEARINGS

An applicant may request a hearing before the board if the board recommends denial of the application; to modify a suspension or limitation of a credential; or to reinstate the credential subject to probation with terms or conditions, or subject to limitations, in accordance with Neb. Rev. Stat. § 38-149(4).

003.01CONDUCT OF HEARINGS. Hearings before a board shall be conducted in accordance with 184 NAC 1.
