Covered multi-family shall be designed and constructed according to the most current uniform guidelines and amendments found in Title 24 of the Code of Federal Regulations (.C.F.R..), Section 100. 205. This document is attached hereto as ATTACHMENT .A. and is incorporated and adopted by reference. Specifications and design guidelines regarding 24 C.F.R. . 100.205 may found in the Federal Register, Volume 56, Number 44, March 6, 1991, pages 9502 to 9515, which are attached hereto as ATTACHMENT .B. and are incorporated and adopted by reference.
