Section 153-20-002 - Definitions

Unless otherwise specified, definitions of the words or terms contained in this Chapter shall be the same as those set forth in Chapter 3 of this Title.

002.01 State Fire Marshal shall also mean the appropriate State Fire Marshal delegated authority.
