Section 142-9-001 - Education and Outreach

The Commission shall conduct such educational activities as in the Commission's judgment will further the purposes of the Nebraska Age Discrimination in Employment Act. The Commission shall consult with local officials and entities for the purpose of developing coalitions of persons interested and engaged in eradicating age discrimination in the state.
