Section 142-5-001 - Construction of Rules and Regulations

These Rules and Regulations shall be construed and applied so as to effectuate the purposes of the Act, and the public policy of the State of Nebraska as expressed in the Act, and shall not be construed or applied in a manner inconsistent with the purposes of the Act or the public policy of the State of Nebraska as expressed in the Act.
