Section 141-4-002 - Notification and Public Inspection

A copy of the Final Order and Decision of the Commission shall be filed in writing at the principal office of the Commission and all parties shall be notified by the Commission, by personal service or registered or certified mail of the Final Order and Decision of the Commission. A copy of the Final Order and Decision shall be available for public inspection during regular hours at the principal office of the Commission.
