The Grants Committee shall report the results of the ranking process to the Chairperson by the date established therefore on the calendar approved annually by the Board. The report shall indicate the results of the ranking process with the highest scoring project at the top of the list along with the number of points scored and the amount of funding recommended to be approved. Lower ranked projects shall follow in sequential order showing the same information for each.
