Section 137-4-004 - CONTRIBUTION TO ACHIEVE THE BOARD'S FUNDING CATEGORIES

Only those projects which contribute to the existing environmental categories established pursuant to the Nebraska Environmental Trust Act shall be eligible for financial assistance.
