Any pipe connected to bulk liquid pesticide containers, bulk fertilizer containers, or other containers or piping in the secondary containment facility will not be placed through or under the walls or base of the secondary containment facility. All pipes leading to or from the facility will be protected from reasonably foreseeable risks of physical damage and adequately supported.
