Section 195-2-002 - Annual ReportsThe district will submit its annual report to the Department by March 1 of each year. In addition to the statutory requirements, the report will include:
002.01 The number of chemigation system inspections made by the district at each permitted injection site and whether the inspections were initial inspections, for equipment replacement or repair, or routine monitoring; and002.02 The name of all chemicals and estimated amounts used in chemigation systems within the district the previous year.195 Neb.
